About Graphik Xpressions
Graphik Xpressions was created while owner/designer Lori Brinkerhoff was living at Safe Harbor, a shelter for women fleeing domestic violence and sexual abuse. As a Web and Graphic Designer she specialized in designing and producing custom t-shirts for groups and individuals. To supplement her income during that time she set up the first Graphik Xpressions "office" in a small 4 ft X 8ft hallway. During this difficult period, she turned to her creative skills and graphic design to create unique T-shirt with a meaningful mirror image phrase.
"During my most difficult times when I had no one to give me support and encouragement, seeing the message in the mirror was very validating and encouraging. Having powerful words
on my body gave me the strength to keep going."
Knowing how powerful and unique the experience had been for her, she wanted other women to have the same healing experience. This is how Graphik Xpressions apparel line was created. It has become her passion and purpose to help women find strength in life's difficult moments, to empower women to embrace and love who they are, to throw away their negative thoughts and labels and to live an authentic life.

Lori is a working single mom and runs Graphik Xpressions, a women owned small business. This business truly is a labor of love. She is always working on fresh new designs while working hard to grow the community and apparel line. The goal is to reach as many women as possible to spread the message of love and hope.
